Waiting at Fair Earth
Advent waiting day seven. We are waiting, but it is a doozy of a waiting room. We have waiting rooms that man has thought up—the place you get your driver's license comes to mind. But the earth is different, it’s filled with beauty and one other great thing, a seeming assurance there is more beauty out there; that any beauty we might have seen will always be topped by the beauty we have yet to discover. It’s like a beauty hide and seek or God’s continual Show and Tell. Scripture backs this up when it says, “No eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no mind has imagined what God has prepared for those who love him.” God is good! God is great! Let us thank Him!
