Double Pleasure With Seasoning

I have had two great pleasures this morning. I had my world revealed twice to me.  I awoke to the river world and full moon shrouded in fog and sat and read The Ancient Living.  Slowly the sun burned away the fog and layer upon layer reveled my world  in golden hues of saintly reality.   Then the fog rolled in again and the process repeated itself.  It was like someone gave me $10,000.00 and after I had praised them for it they said, “Well here’s $10,000.00 more!”

PS: One other great pleasure of my morning is reading “The Arts and the Christian Imagination” by Clyde S. Kilby.  I had never heard of him nor do I remember how I came to buy the book but he is one of those writers whose thoughts are a great seasoning to your time with God.
