This morning I have a forest full of Blue Jays. Their rude screeching back and forth is as
irritating as crowds in the mountains. I
was very frustrated with them for filling my quiet, dark morning with
squawking. In the midst of my
frustration God reminded me that it is how I often see people, as interruptions
to my peace and reminded me of the passage I had just read; “He saw a large
crowd and He felt compassion for them for they were like sheep without a
shepherd.” God I am sorry. Help me to be more like Your Son who found
crowds everywhere He went and responded with compassion.
