Magic Carpet Ride or JFK International cathedral

I was on the east coast Saturday and yesterday I flew to the west coast where I sit this dark morning surrounded by lemon and lime trees, drinking good coffee beside the great Pacific Ocean, studying the Ancient Story of God.  Jet travel is a marvel that would have driven ancient men to build grand temples.  Do you ever wonder what drove men so earnestly to build the great cathedrals like Notre Dame?  It was a magic carpet ride called Faith that would transport them from earth to heaven, universes apart.  I wonder whose magic carpet was the most miraculous?  A clue; we build airports and they built cathedrals.
