To Forgive Devine, To Heal Takes Time

One of the results of being betrayed is that you loose your ability to relate your sensitivity to beauty and to the Divine.  It is like trying to pull a camel through the eye of a needle.  I have been next to death but still able to be moved by beauty but disloyalty seems to, in some ways, affect one more than death.  Duplicity is also contagious and if not confronted can end up infecting everyone it comes in contact with leaving a wretched wreck behind.  

To forgive divine.  It is true that the pain of being wronged by those you trust is painful.  This pain can last for years.  It is also true that forgiveness is always an option and the only true remedy for the wronged.  Forgiveness however does not mean you will be any less hurt, but time, created by the same Glory Being Who created and demonstrated unconditional forgiveness, can heal all wounds.  Time is the Balm of Gilead for the heart of the wronged.
