You Get What Your Heart Asks Your Brain For

Your ears are really great when you ask them to be.  It is so quiet this morning I had to ask them, “What do we hear?”  They pointed out to me that there was the very faintest rhythm of an insect(ual) choir.  You know your senses will allow you all manner of experiences but you have to ask them to.  Otherwise they only press you when your brain detects a practical need.  So much life experience is categorized as inconsequential by your brain, which in turn, never makes you aware of it.  But if your heart asks, your senses will respond.

I saw this at Fair Haven.  It is about as big as my little
finger nail.  Look at the dew drops on the grass.
