"The
virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and they will call him
Immanuel" (which means "God with us").
We dismantled Christmas yesterday, packed up the
decorations, discarded the tree, vacuumed up the dead needles, arranged the
furniture back and moved all the stuff back into the attic. No sign is left. Except…hopefully;
“We are
therefore Christ’s ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through
us.”
