The buttercups have come and gone, as
have the red buds, tulips and the cherry blossoms. However the azaleas are beginning, the iris’
are out of the ground, the hostas are unfolding and the rose of sharons have
put on leaves. It reminds me of
Christmases past when gifts were wedged under ever bough and the big day was a
long procession of children opening one gift after another.
God sure knows how to put on a
Christmas spring.
