I have always been passionate about making art, ever since I was 7 years old and copied three yellow irises from a painting in my parent’s living room. It wasn’t until years later that I knew why I was passionate; it was the way that God was going to relate to me and me, Him to others. It is no small thing to be gifted with knowing God through the very thing you are passionate about! Tying heart, mind, soul, and strength to the quest to know God through the one thing you are most passionate about is the being free and free indeed—God doing it from Him to you is joy-filled vocational sincerity—together it is meaningful living. The result? Spending daily time alone with Him is the only way you can live the life of passion you have been gifted and is never a chore but just the gift of you being allowed to be you.
