Mad Oak Trees And Turtles

I am reading over and over again the story of Adam and Eve.  I wonder if when Eve took the bite if the rabbits ran away in horror, if the oak trees slung down their acorns in fury, if the strawberries dropped from the plant, the cane turned bitter, and the sun wrung out ten degrees?  Did the wind lay down on the ground, the Blue Jay’s song turn to screech, the turtle grew a shell and blue, for the first time ever, realized its daily march to black.
