Sea Shells and Human Shells

The second law of thermodynamic states that all things are moving toward a state of entropy.  I have noticed that as naturally occurring objects move through this state they remain beautiful.  Wood is a good example.  Let a tree fall in the woods are into a river and its state of decay just reveals more beauty as it is weathered away in decay.  I often marvel at the beauty of driftwood lying along the Mississippi River.  As Betty and I strolled along the beach it was littered with broken pieces of shell shards.  Before we knew it our pockets were filled with objects of beauty in varying stages of decay.  What is this new law of discovery?  As I contemplated this I realized there is one natural object that does not decay in stages of beauty, human beings.  Once our bodies have ceased to live our decaying process is repulsive.  What truth lies there?  Flesh is a special source of creation and must be redeemed in order to move from life to continued beauty.  Praise be to God that process has been born to us, The Great Deliverer!!!
