Humans need quiet time.
Time alone, very alone, to know their self. A great thinker once said, “The unexamined life
is not worth living.” The wisest thinker
said, “Above
all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.” Time alone offers you the opportunity for
heart guarding. I believe there is no
greater gift to give oneself than to spend every morning alone with God.
P. S. I would recommend you spend it on your back porch or
surrounded by beautiful objects but if all else fails just get alone.
