I
have tossed and turned all night and lain awake in the dark of my bedroom. There is one thing I have found overcomes
every anxiety, smiling. Try it. You cannot truly smile and simultaneously be worried. The trouble is that it is hard to smile in
the dark because then you feel silly. Silly,
however, when weighed against fretful, is a far better state of being. I laid
in my bed and smiled.
