What Will Redeemed Warmth Feel Like?

Life is almost always grand, the sights, sounds and smells of it.  The loves and sunrises, walks, winks and breaths.  Thoughts and ideas, art, waves and vanilla, shade trees, crow calls, color, warm bodies, twinkling eyes, knowing glances, morning, evening, night and day, fall and spring, life is a the greatest reality.  And yet, as with any great fairy tale, the curtain hasn’t risen yet.

What will a redeemed kiss be like!?

Don’t misunderstand me, my writings often reflect my search, not my celebration.

Brighten The Corner Where You Are

It is shocking how modern media can darken the entire world.  Their worldview continually shapes the message they promote and that message is relentlessly broadcast to us through every technology device we cling too.

When I was a very small child I would listen to a Christian album of my parents by The White Sisters.  It was my favorite and every night I would play it as I went to sleep.  My favorite song on the album was Brighten The Corner Where You Are.  That song taught me that it was Christ’s will for each of us to brighten the small world we found our self in.

We all might be better served and serve Christ better if we ceased paying attention to the dark world that is being promoted and start to Brighten The Corner Where You Are.

The Fruit From The Tree Resourceful

We can always be fruitful!!!  No matter our situation the fact that we breath and think mean we can be productive.  Being resourceful is often the key to being creative.  If we are unable to function as we have the determination to be useful will lead us to new ways of being…

Thanks Be To God...and Billy

5-19-2015
My lover is half a world away but safe and sound with Bensons.  It is hard to understand all that name carries but one thing for sure is that it is a life and death covenant with each one who is blessed enough to carry it.  All for one and one for all.  Safe and secure in the knowledge that God reigns over this family and since He is for us nothing can come against us.  We are Bensons and in that lies an oath, we will go before and behind, beside, below and above, the circle will be unbroken and each can rest in the arms of all and all rest in Him.

(I had covenanted with this Benson to be "Christ's ambassador" to take care of my beloved and bring her home safe to me.  Christ and Christ in him accomplished his mission yesterday at 4:12 p.m. 6-2-2015 AD)

Homecoming

Homecoming is a great human narrative filled with promise.  At one time or another all of us have been the one coming or the one waiting on the one coming. The wayward son’s homecoming in Luke 15 is one of the great homecoming stories.  What makes homecomings so special is that we are coming home to someone and not some place.  Spruce yourself up, get the fines robes ready and the ring sized, baby is coming home.
